I just had this on my computer and was lucky to find this resources from online. Its very easy and I was able to get rid of the Cyber Security virus completely. There is also another way to get rid of the virus if you try this as per Cyber Security. Try this:

1. Open My Computer>C:

2. Find Program Files>Common Files>CSUninstall>Uninstall

3. Run the uninstall.lnk

It should also work. Otherwise you can try the instructions on this website.
